Section 31
which may prevent the issuance of pre-approval or licence
Regardless of what is written elsewhere in this Act, based on the study, research and evaluation of the insurance business market, the Authority may prohibit the establishment of an insurance company for a specified period: or give pre-approval to a foreign insurance company to open a branch office in accordance with Section 26, or prohibit the issuance of a license in accordance with Section 29. .
